“Hot tub was too hot to sit in. Shoe prints on the ceiling in the room. The door to the bathroom was incredibly heavy and loud. No breakfast included. Phone didn’t work. Had to use my cellphone to call the front desk to complain about the people above us being super loud until 6am. They didn’t end up doing anything to fix the problem. At check in we didn’t receive any information on amenities, WiFi or anything. Took my credit card and handed me my keys. Extremely disappointed in my stay.”

“The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Our room had an underlying urine smell. I would say the breakfast was just ok.”

“This hotel was an extremely good value for the money. While they don't offer breakfast, we still paid less for a night here plus a sit down breakfast nearby versus a breakfast included hotel. The rooms and other areas are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and recommended some great restaurants nearby. ”

“Went to check in at 8p. Was told there was a “glitch in the system” and they did not have a room for me. Asked front desk staff why I was not called at any point during the day, before driving 3 hours here, and she stated they didn’t have time. There is not another hotel room to be had in this town, leaving my daughter and I stranded with no place to go and an 8am appt. the next day. No apology and in fact, the hotel didn’t bother to cancel my reservation and I was still charged. Will never stay...

“It's always a nice place to stay at a good price with friendly, competent staff. Had an early medical appt so missed the breakfast this time. ”

“We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday”
