“Pool was freezing for my kid, hot tub was colder than a tub, he had a miserable time trying to swim, one of their restaraunts in there is actually closed? And now its just waisted space, the room for a pent house was...tiny. bed on wheels, felt like a motel. You pay for the view i guess, staff first didnt give us any swim bands when checking in then gave us the wrong ones at the pool entrance. I doubt we will be coming back, proce was throigh the roof and we were so annoyed we left literally...

“Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got...

“Very nice hotel and location. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room - reserved an executive king suite but we're given a standard double queen. Decided not to change rooms as it had been a long trip, had already brought everything in to the room, and we're too exhausted to have to swap rooms. Were told it was a system issue. Also, amenities (tp, tissue) were not replenished so ran out and had to go in to the room. It was a shame because the room was great overall, just the wrong one. ”

“Breakfast was great. Property nicely laid out. Only small complaint was that hot tub could have been cleaned. it had crumbs in it from the weekend that were not cleaned out over the two nights we were there. Otherwise It was a great property and a great stay.”

“What started out as a very nice “luxury” hotel in Fargo, The Jasper has declined significantly. Other than a very uncomfortable bed, we had no complaints about the room itself. However, we found the common areas in the front desk and lounge areas to be dirty and unkept. Table tops uncleaned, grimy floors, dirty windows, etc. Service at the bar and in the lounge areas was terrible. Workers in worn and dirty black t-shirts do not project a luxury vibe. “There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe.”

“This is a budget hotel, & it's good for the price. The only truly negative thing I/we have to say is regarding the bed frame. It's made of metal, & whenever we accidentally kicked it, it made a noise like a gong! Very annoying in the middle of the night!”
